Note: Only adjust BIOS settings if instructed by a Blackcore Support Technician.

It may be recommended to adjust CPU voltage to increase stability under certain customer workloads and situations. Below is a guide on where to find CPU voltage for each Blackcore system.

This Guide Covers the following Systems
      SPR-M
      SPR-X
      RPL
ICON:
      3100-RL+
      3100-SM+
      3100-SX+
      3100-GM
ACE:
      3100-RZ / RZX
      3100-TX
      3100-TS+
      3100-TX+

• Enter the BIOS by pressing "F2" during boot.
• Enter the "Ai Tweaker" BIOS password. This will be provided by a member of the technical support team if required. 
• Navigate to the “Ai Tweaker” page.
• Scroll down to “CPU Core Voltage Override” and change this to the value given by Blackcore Support.

• Save the changes to the BIOS via the "Save Changes and Exit" option on the "Exit" tab.

• The system will then restart, and the change will be applied.

3100-GM

• Enter the BIOS by pressing "F2" or "Delete" during boot.
• Enter the "Ai Tweaker" BIOS password. This will be provided by a member of the technical support team if required.
• Navigate to the "Ai Tweaker" page.
• Navigate down till you get to "Compute Die0 Core Voltage" and change this to the Value given by Blackcore Support.

• Save the changes to the BIOS via the "Save Changes and Exit" option on the "Exit" tab. 
• The system will then restart, and the change will be applied.

ACE:

3100-RZ / RZX

• Enter the BIOS by pressing "F2" or "Delete" during boot.
• Enter the "Ai Tweaker" BIOS password. This will be provided by a member of the technical support team if required.
• Navigate to the "Ai Tweaker" page.
• Navigate down till you get to "CPU Core Voltage" and change this to the Value given by Blackcore Support.

• Save the changes to the BIOS via the "Save Changes and Exit" option on the "Exit" tab.
• The system will then restart, and the change will be applied.

3100-TX / TX+ / TS+

• Enter the BIOS by pressing "F2" or "Delete" during boot.
• Enter the "Ai Tweaker" BIOS password. This will be provided by a member of the technical support team if required.
• Navigate to the "Ai Tweaker" page.
• Navigate down till you get to " " and change this to the Value given by Blackcore Support.

• Save the changes to the BIOS via the "Save Changes and Exit" option on the "Exit" tab.
• The system will then restart, and the change will be applied.
