What are the default IPMI and OS credentials?

This applies to the following products
    SPR-M
    SPR-X
    RPL
    3100-RL+
    3100-SM+
    3100-SX+
    3100-TX

The default login details are for IPMI:

Username: admin

Password: admin123

The default login details for he OS:

Username: root

Password: admin123

We strongly recommend changing these default settings after initial login.
